WHAT ARE YOUR ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT?

A: We accept many common forms of payment including cheque, cash, and credit card. We also provide up to 90 days financing through Tabit.

wHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A: We accept returns on unopened products up to 14 days after purchase with a 30% restocking fee. With produce, no claims can be made after 24 hours of receiving the product.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY MINIMUMS?

​

A: We deliver all across the lower mainland with as low as a $100 minimum. Vancouver Island, Okanagan, Kootenays, and Northern BC has a $400 minimum.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

A: We deliver for free as long as the order minimum is met! For orders below the minimum, standard shipping rates apply. Please contact your assigned sales representative for further details.

I MISSED A PAYMENT. WHAT IS THE INTEREST RATE?

​

A: We charge a 1.5% interest per month on overdue accounts.

MY CHEQUE BOUNCED. WHAT IS YOUR NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS CHARGE?

A: We charge a $50.00 fee for any bounced cheques.
